Our projects range from surveys of individual lots for homeowners to some of the most complex residential and industrial/commercial development projects.
Accounts Payable Clerk/Front Desk Admin
Our Victoria office (located between Uptown and Mayfair Mall) is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk/Front Desk Admin to join our team. Candidates with relevant work experience and/or accounting/admin/bookkeeping education or training will be prioritized.
Key job activities:
- Work under the direction and supervision of our Accounting and General Managers
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Managing incoming phone calls (multi-line phone system) and greeting clients in person
- Provide administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating expense and tracking spreadsheets
- Processing payments
- Opening job files
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Experience in using ERP software for accounts payable functions
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a problem solving/investigatory mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - on the phone, in writing, and in person
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs, particularly Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook

Job details:
- Full-time (Monday through Friday)
- This position requires in-person attendance
- Starting wage range is $25-28 depending on experience
